donation, you must have a PayPal account.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please call our office
at 419-242-5166 to RSVP. Be sure to leave your name and
contact information. Print out the Mail In Registration

A shorter family fun walk loop is available.
Exclusive event t-shirt with registration by September 25, 2011
There is no guarantee of t-shirt for registration after September 25, 2011.
Registration is $25.
About Teams
A team is a group of 10 walkers representing one group. A team can be a family, congregation, workplace, school, or other group. Team members must complete individual registration forms, but the team fee of $250 should be paid in one sum. Each team member will receive an event t-shirt.
Got more than 10 people on your team? No problem! Simply increase the team fee by $25 per person.
Pre-registered Teams of 20 walkers qualify for their team
name on the back of the event t-shirt!
